A: Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I return an item or request for a refund?
A: We have a STRICT NO refund policy due to change of mind. But, yes exchanges are accepted if eligible, ensure the item hasn’t been worn or damaged. For further information regarding exchanges, please visit our returns & refund policy. 
Note: Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

A: All of our jilbabs are handmade by us, in house using premium Korean jersey & high quality craftsmanship.

A: Wash cold on a delicate cycle. Use a wash bag and avoid tumble drying. See our Composition & Care page for full details.

Q: How long do pre orders take?
