Change of Mind

Due to strict hygiene standards, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on jilbabs for change of mind.This policy helps us ensure all garments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order via phone or DM.
    (If you're unwell or travelling, someone may act on your behalf.)

  2. Return Authorisation:
    Please wait for approval and instructions before returning any item.
    Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

  3. Return Deadline:
    Once authorised, return the item within 7 days.
    (A family member or friend may return it for you if needed.)

  4. Condition of Return:
    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  5. Refund or Exchange:
    If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    Exchanges may be offered, subject to stock availability.

  6. Exclusions:
    The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged on arrival:

    • Sale items

    • Custom-made pieces

    • Adjusted items (e.g. stitched head, tight sleeves, shortened lengths)
