RETURNS policy
Our products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchasing. The product needs to be in the same condition as it was purchased. We will replace, exchange or issue store credit on any items should you receive a damaged or defective product. NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED on custom made products.

Australia wide, standard and express shipping available at checkout.

Products are processed within 1-2 weeks before being shipped out. Some delays may occur during busy periods such as Ramadan and eid.

please note that online orders will not be processed over the weekend or on NSW public holidays.

Wash in COLD water under delicate setting. If washed with other clothing please place jilbabs in a wash bag for protection.
